This is an exciting role within Home Energy Scotland South East to develop and lead on the implementation of a regional marketing and communications strategy and annual plan. This role is crucial to achieving the Home Energy Scotland advice centre's carbon saving and customer engagement targets.

You will have proven experience of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies or campaigns with strong communications experience, including digital media. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills are required, as well as an extensive knowledge of social media platforms. You will demonstrate great attention to detail, be well organised and able to prioritise the workload.

You will have a track record of analysing customer data, applying segmentation models and identifying opportunities to attract new and diverse customers. You will relish this challenge to build on our achievements and apply your creative flair, collaborative spirit and resourcefulness to devise innovative campaigns which deliver results.

This is a senior role and you will be working directly with colleagues at all levels across the organisation. As part of a small delivery team, with line management responsibilities, you will have a hands-on perspective and an inspiring leadership style.

Funded by the Scottish Government, Changeworks delivers the Home Energy Scotland advice centre in South East Scotland on behalf of Energy Saving Trust.
