A brilliant new opportunity has become available working for an established Financial Services organisation located in Edinburgh City Centre as an Office Manager.

This is Maternity Contract working full time 37.5hrs per week for a period of 12mths
Role Responsibilities:

First point of contact for all internal staff and ensure all requests are carried out in a proactive manner
Manage a small team which includes a Receptionist and Office Administrator
Establish and manage relationships with external vendors
Oversee all health & safety responsibilities
Lead a team to support the delivery of internal events
Support any needs of visitors to the organisation
General PA tasks and duties
Oversee the office budgets
Support the office with a move which is looking to happen late 2017

Person Specification
To be considered for this opportunity, our client does require the following experience /background:

Previous Office Management experience and leading a small team
Ideally a background of an office move with a strong understanding of the work required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and juggle a variety of tasks
Extremely organised with a strong work ethic
Excellent PC skills including MS office packages including Word & Excel
Comfortable managing and maintaining multiple calendars via outlook
A natural ability to initialise relationships
Able to inspire and lead a team of people
Flexibility to work a variety of hours depending on the business needs
