The Role
Through continued growth, they are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Energy Sales Advisor to become a part of their sales team.

Responsibilities
- Operating outbound calls via a dialler system
- Identification of customer needs and assessing their current situation
- Promotion of product features and benefits
- Engaging in open and exploratory conversations with new potential customers
- Full understanding of all products and competitors
- Achievement of KPIs across a range of products, service and quality parameters
- Adherence to our clients Best Practice Guidelines

Required skills and experience
- Experienced in sales, preferably over the telephone
- Intelligent & able to think quickly on your feet in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and resilient
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent call handling skills with listening and influencing abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team
- Sales driven with a desire to exceed targets
- Basic IT skills including using multiple operating systems
- Competence to work within an agreed regulatory code of conduct
