Fife Cultural Trust is an ambitious charity; its vision is for Fife to be a culturally vibrant and rewarding place to live, work, study and visit.
The HR Adviser will provide HR advice and support to the organisation, encompassing the full HR life cycle, from recruitment through attendance management, performance management, disciplinary and grievance processes and organisational change.
They will contribute to the development of HR within Fife Cultural Trust and take a lead on ensuring all HR queries, both simple and more complex, are dealt with in a professional manner, providing training for managers in HR policies, contributing to policy development and keeping up to date with employment legislation. They will also lead on managing payroll changes for Trust employees and report to senior managers on performance statistics.
The Successful Candidate
The successful candidate will have extensive experience of leading on HR operational issues as well as project work for more major organisational changes. They will be educated to degree level as well as having at least a Level 5 CIPD qualification.
