FINTEC recruit is seeking a Sales Adviser for our client who in healthcare. This role is a fixed term appointment through to April 2019 and based in Aberdeen. £25,000 plus 10% bonus structure.
Responsibilities of the Sales Adviser position:-
- You will oversee the day to day management of marketing and sales processes.
- Manage two team members, providing appropriate support and ensuring they feel engaged and equipped to achieve.
- Oversee the sales procedure to ensure customers receive a smooth and efficient service from first enquiry through to completion.
- Produce accurate and timely reports in relation to plot sales status, forecast dates, sales progression notes, Marketing Events and Campaigns etc
Skills and Experience required:-
- Managing or leading a team within a sales and/or customer service environment.
- Previous experience of property/ or new home, a preference, not an essential
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Have strong IT skills and good organisational skills
