We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join our team and support the Store Manager in the day to day running of our Lighting and Mirror store in Perth.
PAGAZZI is the UK’s largest, independently owned lighting and mirror retailer which has ambitious plans for expansion. Trading for over 35 years we have 17 stores in the UK ranging from our lighting superstores in premier retail parks to factory outlet stores within key outlet shopping centres.
We are looking for a well-rounded and commercial individual who is proactive in their approach and can work using their own initiative and retail skills to assist in the efficient and successful running of the store.
We are looking for applicants to have at least two years proven experience either as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor within a retail environment.
You will be expected to:
• Achieve targets through driving sales.
• Assist in the day to day operation of the store.
• Merchandise the shop floor and window.
• Process deliveries, stock control and in-store displays.
• Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered at all times.
• Manage, coach and lead by example.
The successful candidate will have:
• Commercial awareness.
• Leadership skills.
• Good training and development capabilities.
• Be enthusiastic and up beat.
