This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to modernising a key council service by supporting the implementation of a new document management system for Human Resources (HR) Processes across the Council.
You must have excellent organisational skills and the ability to plan and co-ordinate the scanning of thousands of paper files to an electronic system.
Overall we are looking for a self-motivated person who can work with minimal supervision and is extremely methodical and can cope with high volume processing. Working in this post will enable this person to develop their skills in an expanding area so this is an ideal opportunity for career development within digital processes.
