We are currently seeking to recruit an full-time Office Administrator working 39.5 hours per week (Monday to Thursday 8.30am 5.30pm and Friday 8.30am 2pm). Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and professional candidate to support their office based team. Candidate must have their own transport.

Responsibilities & Duties:
Updating SAGE records
Inputting purchase invoices into SAGE
Generating sales invoices
Issuing customer statements
Reconciling supplier statements
Liaising with a variety of stakeholders
Factoring company reporting
Telephone/Reception duties
Travel Itineraries
Proactive PA service to Directors
Organising outbound deliveries, carrier customer management and delivery paperwork
Import and Export paperwork
Planning and scheduling

Candidate Requirements:
Proficient in the use of SAGE 50
Accounts administration experience
Planning and scheduling experience
IT literate with extensive knowledge of Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional telephone manner
Have a keen eye for detail
Ability to work alone and as part of a team
Excellent multi-tasker
Positive can do attitude
Takes ownership of work
Ability to prioritise workload
Self Motivated
Work to deadlines
