HR/OD Business Partner
Hourly Rate: £21.00 - £21.96
Salary: £38,334.81 - £40,086.81 per annum
Contract Duration: Temporary until 31 December 2017

We are looking for an experienced Human Resource/Organisational Development Business Partner to join our team (until 31 December 2017). Membership of CIPD (minimum of MCIPD level) or qualifications/experience in relevant specialised fields is required.
The post holder will be required to deliver a customer-focused Human Resource (HR) & Organisational Development (OD) consultancy service, working in strategic partnership with senior management across the Council, integrating people management with business strategies, providing effective and progressive workforce solutions to complex organisational issues. Support the strategic and transformation agenda, ensuring a seamless and progressive end to end service is delivered, as part of a change management programme.
•Educated to degree level or evidence of comparable academic experience and training.
•Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (minimum of MCIPD level) or qualifications/experience in relevant specialised fields. (HR Generalist/Organisational Development).
