Job Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the company's expanding IT & Business Systems team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Integration of a number of different MIS and database architectures which require interrogation, namely Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle
* Where new systems or processes are identified, the role will require involvement in the development, implementation and documentation of processes that follow an agreed specification
* Assistance in the integration of various Management Information Systems including, Stock Control ERP System, General Ledger Finance System, Time & Resource Management System
* Validation and upload of large amounts of data to Oracle/MS SQL.

Experience Required:

* Experience in using MS Excel, Crystal Reports Server, VBA, Delphi XE, PL/SQL and other reporting tool(s) would be an advantage.
* An understanding of data validation, problem solving and error checking techniques.
* A strong understanding of using Excel 2007/2010 functions to carry out analysis of data.

Personal Specification:

* A good problem solver with an ability to work through to a solution using the resources available.
* An individual with an organised and methodical approach, together with the ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines.
* Excellent spoken and written communication skills, an assertive, but tactful manner with an ability to remain calm under pressure. Be eager to learn new technologies in a constantly evolving environment.

The position is in Glasgow (Home based) to join the leading provider of health assessment services in the UK. Roles involve undertaking functional medical assessment. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week during normal office hours, no weekend working and bank holidays are days off as standard. You will be field based, delivering a combination of file work and face-to-face assessments of customers in relation to a variety of conditions on a domiciliary visit basis.

It is essential that you hold full unconditional registration with the NMC or HCPC (as appropriate) and continuous professional development should be maintained in accordance with the requirements of your professional body. Successful applications will possess excellent clinical, communication, and IT skills from at least 2 years of broad-based, post-registration experience gained within clinical settings and be able to demonstrate the ability to work autonomously. Principle Accountabilities

The work will include routine, regular reporting, in-depth analysis and the technical implementation of required mechanisms.
To use own expertise and knowledge to provide advice to colleagues in developing, tracking and evaluating their strategies, campaigns and activities (ie, providing support at every stage of the campaign as necessary), and to interpret and present the findings from analytics and analysis in clear and compelling ways. This will require close working with colleagues and a sound understanding of their objectives
To be responsible for the performance management of the Digital Analytics and Insight Analyst, managing and developing them to effectively execute their role and objectives
To develop our digital analytics and optimisation methodologies and resources, reflecting industry best practice. This will include identifying, contracting and managing the optimum suppliers of analytics tools
