Network Research are a fully registered Market Research company and have been soundly established for over 25 years with a large Corporate Financial client base. Our call centre is situated in Edinburgh City Centre.

The job
You will be working in a friendly and modern centre with an experienced and supportive Supervisor team, using a CATI (computer aided telephone interviewing) system to interview known respondents, using a script, over the telephone typing in data. We collect customer experience data in the calls that we make. Interested parties need to be able to work a minimum of 3 shifts every week, one of which is at the weekend, as we are open 7 days a week. You may, of course work more shifts if you wish.

Shifts currently available are:

Mon-Fri: 5pm to 9pm or 2pm to 9pm
Saturday: 10am - 6pm
Sunday: 11am - 5pm

- Full training given
- bonus scheme in place to reward high productivity

Pay rates:
- from £6.35/hour basic to £7.75/hour with holiday pay, paid every month as a percentage of your hours
- Bonus scheme in place

Experience is beneficial, but not essential.

Skills and Attributes we are looking for:
- Fluent English speaker
- Can deliver exceptional customer service
- Ability to Work towards targets, be goal oriented
- Fast, accurate keyboard skills - you will be typing
- Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel

Personal Qualities:
- Reliable
- Confident in making conversation with others
- Good telephone manner, well spoken
- Patience and empathy

The Call Centre is open 7 days a week and weekends are part of our normal working hours
Weekends off are arranged with notice.
This job is most suitable for people wishing to work more than 3 months and longer term
We recruit on an on-going basis as the centre is very busy

Requirements

A very competitive salary, plus the opportunity to work in a growing market. We have various levels of positions available starting from £7.50 ranging to £9.75

An expected salary of £16,000 for our Retail Team Leader at Level 1 and £20,000 at Level 2 (OTE)

- Part guaranteed hours dependent on our customer requirements

- Job does involve travel and staying away from home, with travel compensation and meal allowance provided.
