A vacancy has arisen within Consultancy Services, the multi-disciplinary section of the Corporate Asset Management Service of West Dunbartonshire Council.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing architectural design and contract administration duties on building contracts carried out on behalf of the Council ensuring an economic and efficient service. The role will provide invaluable experience for the candidate, working with in-house architects, quantity surveyors, engineers and clerk of works on a variety of
feature projects such as new care homes and new build housing.
There will also be responsibilities in relation to integrating with an architectural team on complex projects, co-ordinating design teams and encouraging professional development and team work.
