Required by the Finance & Corporate Resources Department to provide clerical support for the Comhairle's Payroll Section. Duties include: administering the incoming mail system; operation of Electronic Document Management systems; checking upload spreadsheets from Departments; dealing with enquiries; word processing.
You will have Standard Grade Mathematics and English or equivalent, knowledge of office procedures, good customer service skills, and have the ability to explain the payroll process clearly to employees.
Salary for the above post is inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance. Appointment to the post will be on the first point of grade.
