An opportunity for an experienced Payroll Assistant has arisen with a fantastic organisation based in Glasgow to join them initially on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
You will assume the following responsibilities:
Time sheet processing and management
Processing monthly company wide wages
Liaising with HMRC
Processing bonuses and benefits
Managing all internal queries
Liaising with HR to prioritise any changes
Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information
Support the finance team with any payroll queries they might have
Dealing with Tax Year end, PAYE, Tax and NI Payments
You will have experience of working within a fast paced environment with a large payroll.
