Camera Obscura and World of Illusions is a five star visitor attraction that entertains more than 300,000 visitors each year with our unique, hands-on exhibition. As Technical Manager you play a key role, this is achieved by: Ensuring the safety of visitors through health and safety checks and
remedial work as necessary. Ensuring that all exhibits, lights and effects are in full working order.
Maintaining the fabric of the building to a high standard, preventing issues through constant checks, and doing remedial work where necessary. You will also be involved in prototyping and building new exhibits/ experiences for our visitors.
You will be expected to allocate tasks based on the skills of your maintenance and cleaning teams and take on a wide range of basic jobs yourself, and as necessary with external contractors.
