Pullar House, 35 Kinnoull Street, Perth

Perth and Kinross Council and the Perth and Kinross Health and Social Care Partnership are looking for a professional manager with change and project management skills. As an effective communicator you will build and develop relationships and have wide ranging experience in leading and managing change. You will have the ability to work collaboratively with our communities and public and with the teams and people from Social Care, Health, The Voluntary sector, and the Independent sector. Partnerships with these stakeholders will play a vital role in the integrated delivery of services.


Your skills will support programmes of change within our localities and support the delivery of the priorities within our Transformation agenda.  You will embed performance into all areas of work to enable the delivery of improved services for the people of Perth and Kinross.

Suitable NHS applicants can be a secondment where the equivalent salary would be Band 6.
