We currently have an opportunity available for a Temporary Team Leader (28 hours) to join our established team at our Merrybrook Project situated within the heart of Quarriers Village at Bridge of Weir.  This service provides a homely, safe and nurturing environment for people with disabilities to live.

We are looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic individual to work as part of the management team to lead and supervise a large team. To ensure that staff receive supervisions and that they are skilled for the work they do.

You will support the Project Manager in the day to day running of Glen Valley, this will included administration task, risk assessing and ensuring adequate shift cover. Ensuring the people we support have the highest standard of care and support possible.

Due lack of public transport to the village in the evenings and at weekends, it is essential that candidates have access to their own transport.

Please note that IT skills are required for all Quarriers vacancies.

Successful candidates will be required to register with the SSSC. Where you are employed in a service where registration is compulsory, you must ensure that you register in the appropriate category within 6 months of starting in post. After registration, there is a requirement to be qualified within 3 years.
