Due to business growth our client is recruiting now for professional administrators to join their mortgage processing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates who have previous banking or financial services administration experience to join a successful organisation offering exciting career opportunity's.

Joining the team as a Mortgage Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Being the first "port of call" for clients at every stage of the process
  • Updating and maintaining data so that systems and case files are accurate at all times
  • Preparing letters and other correspondence
  • Liaising with third parties
  • Submitting applications
  • Dealing with compliance process from start to finish
  • Responding to emails
  • Office administration duties


SKILLS YOU WILL NEED;

You will ideally come from a fast-paced background - ideally Mortgage or Banking Sector
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent organisational skills
