Falkirk Council and Falkirk Community Trust currently applies a living wage supplement to all employees earning less than £8.51 per hour. The value of the living wage supplement is subject to regular review by the Council and the Trust, is non-contractual and can be changed at any time.
We are looking for an organised and effective chef with a passion for great customer service. You will confidently undertake a range of hot and cold food preparation including the creation of meals, snacks, cakes and afternoon tea at Callendar House Tearoom.
Candidates should possess an Elementary Food Hygiene certificate and have preferably undertaken Cooksafe Training.
You will be required to undertake work outside normal office hours including weekends on a regular basis.
You will work 18.5 hours per week.

The successful applicant will be employed by Falkirk Community Trust. The Trust is a charitable company set up by Falkirk Council to deliver culture, library, recreation and sport services on its behalf from 1st July 2011.
