Our Edinburgh office is currently delivering work on the EXCEL, SEPA and Scottish Water frameworks and needs to grow. The Edinburgh office is a UK centre for excellence in urban flooding so also support delivery of EA WEM framework ICM modelling and other global opportunities. Current projects include Study on impact of flooding in road networks for West Lothian Council, Stonehaven FPS, Scottish Water's Bathwater and Linlithgow integrated catchment studies and redesigning Moray's Flood storage scheme to accommodate the new A96.

Our integrated river and wastewater modelling team is looking to recruit a Senior Hydraulic Modeller/ Hydrologist with experience working alongside specialist project teams in the preparation of modelling and flood analysis. We are particularly keen that the successful candidate has the skills to lead hydraulic modelling studies in the urban environment. The candidate would be expected to keep up to date with new developments in the industry to make decisions on modelling approaches required for the studies and provide training and advice to others across the globe on modelling techniques. The candidate will need to integrate with our GODIGITAL teams in the development of in house tools to bring efficiencies in our delivery

The Hydraulic Modeller/ Hydrologist will report directly to the Global River and Flooding Practice Lead in the Edinburgh office.
