Job Description
Job Purpose: To support, manage and assist staff in the delivery of a professional and efficient frontline service throughout the customer service network. Resolving customer requests for service and information and assisting in the day to day operation of the customer services office. Specific duties may vary from location to location. Requirements
There will be a requirement to undertake a registration study programme followed by an opportunity to successfully complete The Certificate of Proficiency in the Law and Practice of Registration in Scotland.
