Admin Support Assistant (Fixed Term)
Provide efficient and effective, customer focused support to Council Services, working on an individual basis or collaboratively as part of a team.
This post will predominately be dealing with the processing of purchase orders and invoices through the Council's computerised system ensuring that service procedures are adhered to in compliance with Financial Regulations. In addition, the role will include data input and reporting from the service's costing system. A qualification in a numbers related subject is therefore preferred.
Fixed term for a period not exceeding 29/09/2019.
