What is the role?
To provide flexible expertise in the implementation of the development management function, and where appropriate the development planning function. It is expected that the focus of activity will relate to processing of National and Major Developments, the undertaking of Local Review Bodies and, where appropriate, to assist the Compliance Supervisor with planning enforcement related activity

The Grade for these posts are Grade 3 / Level 11 the hourly rate is from £20.21 to £21.47 and the annual salary is from £36,883 to £39,183.
