Customer Service - Call Centre

We're recruiting for this organisation's city centre office with a range of day shift and back shift work patterns, covering full time and part time. The salary is GBP16,744 plus a 10% increment for working after 7pm, and you'll be entitled to 34 days annual holiday and access to private health care and life insurance.

The role of Customer Service Advisor in their call centre involves contacting members and students by telephone and email to encourage them to become new members or renew their existing membership. You'll deal with customers from all over the world, aiming to resolve queries first time while delivering the highest quality of service. Excellent communication skills and previous customer service experience - gained from call centre, retail or hospitality. This call centre role is all about delivering customer satisfaction with no targets.
