Customer Collections Advisor
We are currently recruiting for a number of Customer Collections Advisors to join a market leading credit solution provider with over 25 years experience within their market.

My client manages a number of significant credit portfolios on behalf of several of the UK's leading financial institutions, high street lenders, utilities and consumer credit companies.
As a Customer Collections Advisor you will treat your customers as individuals as everyone's situation can be different or suddenly change. You will listen and have a quality conversation with your customers to find out as much information about their situation. With the information you have gathered you will then collaborate and create a manageable solution that will best suit your customers. You will be committed to working with your customers to simplify their credit solutions and have the flexibility to adjust to their changing needs.
This role will involve:
- Proving excellent levels of customer service
- Taking inbound and outbound calls
- Work to achieve weekly quality and performance KPI's
- Maximise recovery of debt
- Work on both business and domestic accounts
- Adhere to FCA regulations
35 per week, working 5 days over 6
(1 IN 4 weekend shift - Saturday 9am - 1pm)
To be successful in this role you MUST have experience of working within a contact centre role for a minimum of 12 months and be able to pass a credit check.
