Part- Time Administrator
My client, a leading Office Equipment supplier based in Glasgow City Centre is looking to recruit for an experienced Part-Time Administrator.
This is could be the perfect position, working for a small reputable company Monday- Friday 10-2pm.
To be considered for this role you must be an experienced user of all Microsoft office packages and used to working in a fast paced environment and have excellent customer service experience as clients and customers will also be on site at times throughout the day. You will be the first point of contact for answering all phone lines and for anyone coming in to the office.
There will also be a small element of manual work, making sure that deliveries are packed up and ready to go when required.
