Permanent Full time -35 hours per week The Prince's Trust is a youth charity that helps change young lives. We give practical and financial support, developing key workplace skills, such as confidence and motivation. We work with 11 to 30-year-olds who have struggled at school, have been in care, are long-term unemployed or have been in trouble with the law. We have helped more than 825,000 young people since 1976 and support 100 more each working day. More than three in four young people we helped last year moved into work, education or training. The Prince's Trust in Edinburgh is seeking to recruit staff to join the Fairbridge Team as a Programme Executive. It is the Fairbridge Programme Executive's responsibility to plan, create and deliver a range of activities aimed at developing the personal & social skills of young people between the ages of 11 and 25. You will also support and guide the young person by providing one to one sessions. The Programme Executive role will incorporate the outreach function which will include working with local organisations and directly with young people to recruit for and maximise attendance on our programmes. You will possess excellent interpersonal, written, verbal communication and IT skills. An ability to work with a wide range of external/internal partners and referral agencies along with excellent planning and organisational skills are essential.
