This is a varied and challenging role working across the customer business to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. The role is customer facing and you will be involved in all aspects of implementing their products and managing the customer relationships. You will be responsible for delivering onsite software training and consultancy services to ensure the software meets the customer requirements. You will maintain an ongoing relationship with the customer to ensure the software continues to add value and help identify future growth opportunities. This role demands excellent communication skills from a proactive and flexible team-player with the capability to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders at all levels within the customer organization. Key Responsibilities Project Implementation - Responsible for managing project from start to end - Business Analysis - Managing customer expectations, developing project plan - Training - Carrying out training courses at customer site - Consultancy - Working with the customer to achieve project objectives - Follow up and on-going support Technical Account Management - Helping customers get more value from our products - Ensuring technical problems / questions are answered promptly - Identifying further opportunities within customer organisation Product Development - Input into Opralog product roadmap - Working with customers to get feedback and ideas Documentation - Review and edit product documentation - Review and edit training and implementation materials Key Attributes and Skills - Understanding of operations within 24x7 process industries - Strong experience of implementing complex software solutions within process industries - Proactive and structured approach to the role - View travel as a positive aspect of role - As an IT consultant you will have a professional approach and good presentation skills - Excellent communications skills and the ability to interface with all levels within customer organisation - Ability to work in a team or in isolation on customer site What you get in return?
