Hotel General Manager
Your role as General Manager will involve management of the existing team, motivating and developing them to ensure the absolute highest standards are maintained and the best possible experience is given to guests. You will be responsible for controlling budgets, increasing revenue and bookings and handling the continued success of the business.
This role will allow you to have autonomy in your day to day work whilst still having secure backing from the Owners. As a result you must be an experienced, reliable and trustworthy Hotel Manager with a love for the hospitality industry and the success (and challenges) this brings.
Overall, flexibility and the desire to deliver outstanding customer service at all times is vital to this role. As General Manager, you will be required to work 5 out of 7 days- therefore weekend work is an important component of the role.
