We require a Social Worker within Perth City South social work team to assist with the completion of an exciting and challenging transformation project until the end of February 2019.
You will be based within Perth with a focus on completing Transformation reviews for community care packages. In addition there will be the opportunity to complete assessments and reviews of packages outwith the transformation programme. Part of the role will also entail picking up Adult Protection work within the area and covering duty within the team. The role will be varied and challenging.
We require a dynamic, hard-working and creative individual who is up for a challenge. You will be a qualified social worker who is one year post- qualified and therefore able to complete Adult Protection work. Experience of working within an adult care setting with individuals with complex needs is desirable but not essential.
You will be registered with the Scottish Social Services Council and have good communication, engagement and IT skills.
