Change Recruitment Group's client is an exciting and growing retail bank based in Glasgow, who are looking to recruit an Audit Manager in their Internal Audit team, to work on new and interesting technological changes.

About the Role

Providing independent assurance over change / project deliverables and risk consultancy services to the business. This includes providing senior management throughout the organisation with a value-add service enabling them to improve the effectiveness of their governance, risk management and control environment.

Experience and Skills needed

Practical experience in delivering change/completing change audit in the following areas:
Strategic Change & Governance
Organisational restructure
Digital and IT change (development & maintenance)
Regulatory & Conduct change programmes
Practical and proven experience of using the following business / audit methodologies, tools and processes:
Integrated audit methodology
Change audit strategies / testing programmes
End to End Process Modelling
Project Methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, V-Models)
Budget, Scope & Schedule
Programme Office / Project Management Office
Capacity and change management
Development lifecycle, such as initiation, design, build, testing, implementation and benefit realisation.
Integration & management of change being delivered by 3rd parties:
Practitioner experience and or relevant change qualification, such as ISEB Diploma in Business Analysis, PRINCE2, CIPD Certificate in Project Management, Association for Project Management APMP / Practitioner Qualification / CPM qualification.
