VENDOR DUE DILIGENCE SPECIALIST | 12 Month FTC | EDINBURGH

Change recruitment group's client is a large global asset manager who are looking to hire vendor due diligence specialists. These are rare but exciting roles full of variety which will certainly develop the right person in their career.

ROLE DEFINITION:

The team are responsible for supporting the Functional teams in the operational oversight of our outsourced service providers and key suppliers to operations globally, (e.g. third party administrators, segregated investment managers, external Fund Managers, depositaries, custodians and other suppliers as deemed appropriate) in line with the Global Outsourcing Framework and TPO standards.

This role involves reporting to senior management and it is both technical and customer facing as well as encompassing a degree of project management.

The role holder will be a detail oriented self-starter who can work effectively in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision. Improving processes and efficiencies is expected through proactive and forward thinking along with balancing risk mitigation and regulatory oversight.

Providing quantitative and qualitative analysis on due diligence activities to the TPO plan. The role will include the co-ordination and facilitation of commercial aspects of third party contracts where applicable, and also the coordination of audit and depositary visits and information requirements on
