Housingrecruit.com is currently advertising for two temporary Customer Experience Officers on behalf of our client, a leading social housing provider based in Greenock.

Our client is looking to recruit new team members within their Customer Experience Team. The Customer Experience Officers are the first point of contact for tenants and deal with a variety of housing related enquiries both in a call centre environment and face to face in customer hubs. Strong communication skills and customer service experience are essential. Contact centre experience is desirable.

The preferred candidate will be required to undergo a Disclosure Scotland check.

Work Pattern will be:

  • 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday for first 6-8 weeks during the training period and 12:00 to 20:00, 5 days over Monday to Sunday thereafter.
  • Flexibility is essential to cover additional shift patterns Monday to Sunday including night shift as required (additional 20% allowance for night shifts worked).
