Cunninghame Housing Association is one of Ayrshire’s leading registered social landlords providing services for more than 2,500 properties in North and East Ayrshire. The Association aims to achieve excellence in service delivery to its customers and we are now seeking to recruit three highly motivated individuals to join our Corporate Services Department:-

Administration / Clerical Assistant

  • Grade: 3 (PA5 - PA8)
  • Salary: £16,510 - £18,996
  • 35 Hours per week

Reporting to the Small Repairs Team Leader, this role will encompass a wide range of clerical and administrative tasks to ensure that an efficient, customer driven and professional service is delivered within the Organisation. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients requiring access to the range of services available through Care and Repair Extra / Resident Services providing a quality front line enquiry telephone, repairs orders, appointment setting and job scheduling service to customers. The successful candidate must be IT Literate in a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office.
