Provide administrative services for all financial functions in accordance with Aberdeenshire Council Guidelines.
You are computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Packages and you are able to focus and work under pressure, use your own initiative and manage your workload to compensate for constantly changing deadlines and priorities. As well as being able to work as part of a team, you also have the ability to deal with sensitive and confidential issues.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
This post has a minimum requirement of 1 reference which must be your current or most recent employer.
This post is Fixed Term till 15/10/2018.
