Cunninghame Housing Association is one of Ayrshire’s leading registered social landlords providing services for more than 2,500 properties in North and East Ayrshire. The Association aims to achieve excellence in service delivery to its customers and we are now seeking to recruit three highly motivated individuals to join our Corporate Services Department:-

Post: ICT Technician

  • Grade: 5 (PA3 - pai6)
  • Salary: £23,287 - £25,880
  • 35 Hours per week

Qualified to at least HND or equivalent in an ICT discipline and with several years’ experience within 2nd or 3rd line support, ideally you will have worked in a similar environment supporting users at all levels of the business with a wide knowledge of operating systems.

It is essential that you have supported the successful implementation of applications and processes, ideally within a Social Housing environment. Proven experience of a housing management software application, ideally Capita Open Housing would be advantageous as well as experience in implementing and supporting CRM and DMS systems. Your software systems experience will also include all Microsoft Office applications and some experience / knowledge of Microsoft Office Sharepoint Services and experience of using BI reporting tools.

Knowledge and / or experience of using Microsoft Exchange, VMWare vSphere, Veeam, print management, scripting, IP Telephony and network troubleshooting experience are desirable but are not essential. Some experience in website administration will be advantageous.
