Principal Teacher, School Improvement (Music & Drama) (PKC03631)
£43,845 (subject to job-sizing)

You will lead the Music and Drama Faculty, being responsible for all aspects of curriculum development, learning & teaching and raising attainment. You will have an overview and strategic responsibility for the development of the Music and Drama Faculty. You will liaise effectively with music instructors and support the delivery of whole school music and drama performances as appropriate.

You will play an important role as a middle manager and will be expected to make a contribution to whole school developments. Drive and vision, a sense of humour and a capacity for sustained hard graft are essential attributes for the successful candidate.
