Job Purpose
To manage and lead our Client’s new lifestyle Aparthotel in Edinburgh. The General Manager is responsible for the overall operation ensuring that the product, concept, service, operational and financial standards are consistently achieved and exceeded. Central to the role is the delivery of the guest experience which will be achieved through the recruitment, training, development and management of the team.

Required Profile
•    A great knowledge of Edinburgh. The places and the people.
•    Great guest focus.
•    Lifestyle hotel experience preferred but not essential.
•    A team player.
•    Ability to recruit, supervise and motivate a great team.
•    Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
