If so, what appeals to you about relocating to Skye?, Please provide your phone number so we can call you if suitableRole DetailsTo serve in the Restaurant during lunch and dinner service, ensuring appropriate standards of service and customer care are maintained at all times.To ensure that appropriate cleaning and preparation procedures, both before and after service are adhered to at all times.To build professional knowledge of the ingredients used and dishes served on the restaurant menus.To assist with all professional bar, beverage and wine service, as appropriate and legal age allows.To assist with Breakfast Service in The House Over-By.To communicate and engage with guests providing a warm welcome, and work towards ensuring their enjoyment of their visit to The Three Chimneys Restaurant.To take joint responsibility with all other members of staff for the safety and security of The Three Chimneys and The House Over-By at all times, to ensure a safe working environment for fellow staff and safety of guests and customers.
