PMP are searching for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our team in Greenock. You will work for PMP Recruitment, recruiting for one of our biggest clients in the UK!!

Job Description

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company.

Our Receptionist's duties include offering administrative support across the organisation.

Responsibilities of the role

* Welcome guests and greet people who visit the business.

* Coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

* Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

* Support with the pre-screening and registering of candidates for various roles with PMP

* Help support the assessment process when required

* Ensure all candidates have completed relevant paperwork for registrations

* Ensure all relevant paperwork has been completed for Accurate Background checks to commence

* Data inputting of candidate details onto RPM & Accurate

* Gain references for all registered candidates


* Professional attitude and appearance

* Solid written and verbal communication skills

* Previous admin experience within a fast paced customer focused environment

* Excellent attention to detail

* Excellent communication skills

* Solid IT literacy skills, experience of working with Microsoft packages such as Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook along with Google Sheets

* Flexible

* Team Player

This is a high volume/fast paced working environment where flexibility is paramount.

40hrs per week any 5 days out of 7 between 8am-8pm. Flexibility to work additional hours when required is essential.
