A prestigious private luxury house builder are looking to recruit a Site Manager to manage a high-end quality new build housing project in Aberdeen

The role:
As an experienced Site Manager you will have overall responsibility for running the development. You will manage the project within a set build program and make sure it is completed within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
On a daily basis you will carry out toolbox talks and maintain records according to program. You will be responsible for health and safety on site. This will involve identifying risk assessments and safe systems of work and weekly audits. You will control and monitor all resources including materials and subcontractors. As a successful Site Manager you will ensure site records are maintained and recorded accordingly.

The Company:
A luxury house builder who build top end and high quality detached houses with apartments. They work UK wide and across Scotland.

The Person:
It is likely you will have previously worked as either a Site Manager,Senior Site Manager,Project Manager or Manager in a similar house building environment preferably on luxury housing projects. It is essential to have a CSCS (Managerial), SMSTS, First Aid and Scaffold Awareness qualification, IT skills as well as a driving licence.

An NHBC Pride in the Job Award or similar award for excellence within the housebuilding sector is desirable but not essential.
