Associate Account Administrator job - Stonehouse - GBP25,000 - Engineering Industry

Your new company
You'll be working for a global, market leading engineering company based in Stonehouse with over 40 sites across the globe and with manufacturing taking place on site. A market leading, high technology company that is committed to producing more none toxic and committed solutions.

Your new role
Based with a team of committed Account Managers, within the wider Sales and Marketing department, you will be assigned key internal and external customers to oversee accounts for. You will be customer focused and administering the customer needs. You will have a varied role; tracking orders, issuing contracts and invoices, loading purchase orders, planning deliveries, identifying additional needs, resolving issues and answering queries. You will be required to deliver presentations to customers and interact with departments throughout the organisation to provide the highest standard of customer service. The role required you to be forward thinking, following up with customers and resolving any issues immediately.

What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate will have outstanding interpersonal skills and be a clear, confident communicator. It's key that you're a keen problem solver and have the ability to create solutions to problems. You'll need to be able to travel overseas regularly to deliver exceptional service to international customers and be confident in planning and delivering presentations. You will need to be confident using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint and have great written communication skills.

Holiday entitlement starts at 20 days and increased to 25 after a 12 month period. Contracted hours are 8am-5pm Monday - Thursday and 8am-3.15pm Friday.
