About the Client

A large Facilities Management business with annual turnover in excess of GBP40m is looking to recruit a Facilities Management Estimator to work in their Stirling Office.

The company have been established for over 50 years and employ over 2000 people in total. The office has a fantastic culture full of hard working team players who collaborate to produce a fantastic service to their clients. Key client bases include retail, school PFI and healthcare, with a view to expand this offering.

About the Role

The FM Estimator role in Stirling requires someone from a facilities management background with strong estimating experience. You will develop the estimating procedures within the FM team and use your experience in estimating to challenge existing practice.

The FM Estimator will work in conjunction with the operational teams to deliver accurate costing on all new and existing FM bids and proposals.

This role needs someone who is not just an FM Estimator, but someone who can discuss pricing and alternative quotes with prospective clients, and work with the Contract Management team to deliver an outstanding level of service.

About You

You will have extensive FM estimating experience. You will be comfortable facing clients and working as part of a team. You will have an in-depth working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and building fabric maintenance. This will allow you to provide accurate costings as well as suggest alternative solutions to your clients.

You will be a team player who is willing to constructively challenge existing procedures. This role requires someone from a facilities management background, who has fantastic working knowledge of planned maintenance contracts with blue chip clients.

About the Package

This role is advertised as GBP38k - 345k plus car (c. GBP450 per month) with wider company benefits to be discussed at a later stage. You will be joining a team that is experiencing YoY growth.
