A well respected Facilities Services business has a long term contract for a facilities helpdesk administrator to be based at a large site just north Glasgow city centre. Working on a Maximo helpdesk, you will answer calls, prioritise jobs, add them on to the system and allocate the work to engineers. Reactive and planned maintenance requests. They also act as a pass through service for soft services requests.
This is a busy helpdesk that carries responsibility for several sites, working as a team of four.
Long term contract until July 2018. Hours are 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
