Payroll Assistant, Glasgow perm 20-25K plus benefits Aspirare require a payroll administrator or payroll assistant to run a payroll bureau for a highly successful award winning chartered accountancy firm.

As a payroll assistant, you will manage a full portfolio of payroll clients and have future input to the direction of the payroll bureau. This opportunity has many future development and advancement possibilities as the business goes from strength to strength.

As a payroll administrator you will be responsible for the day to day administration of all payroll business. Experience of Auto Enrolment is essential. You will have good knowledge of Online Timesheets, PAYE / NIC, SMP, SPP and SSP and working knowledge of RTI. You will build strong relationships with HMRC, clients and colleagues and will have excellent communication skills.

You will have current payroll experience, ideally within a professional services bureau environment. You will also have good IT skills, be a Sage Payroll expert and good excel is essential. Experience of CSV Imports would be desirable.

To succeed in this role you have up to date knowledge of current payroll legislation and excellent communication skills (both written and oral) with clients and staff.
