We urgently require an experienced Senior Administrator for our client based just outside of Glasgow city centre. As they operate in a fast paced sales and distribution environment they are looking to recruit and additional team member with experience of working in a fast paced environment. This role would suit an Office Manager or PA with senior administration skills.

ADVANCED SAGE and EXCEL KNOWLEDGE IS ESSENTIAL

As the Senior member of the administration team the key duties will include :-

Using Sage software

Running reports

Keeping the system up to date with incoming and outgoing payments.

Manage leads, handle sales calls and assist sales teams with follow up calls.

Diary management / PA support to Directors

Ordering stationery and general housekeeping

Essential Skills

SAGE advanced level experience

Microsoft Office

Advanced Excel knowledge

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
