Our client is currently recruiting for 2 Project Administrators on a contract basis in Aberdeen.

Location: Aberdeen
Duration: 2 fixed term contracts available - 1 x 6 months and 1 x 12 months

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Project Administrator reports directly to the Operations Manager on all matters relating to the administration and coordination of the contract.
The post holder will be required to support the team in all aspect of project administration including interfacing with other corporate departments.

TASKS:
Collate weekly crew change reports and send to relevant people on and offshore.
Ensure client OPIR system is updated to reflect accurate mobilisation details of all personnel.
Input holiday requests into holiday tracker and sign off requests for payment.
Raise HR requisitions for recruitment, up manning and holiday cover.
Arrange mobilisations of 3rd party vendors, if required.
Ensure all personnel to mobilise have completed all relevant pre-mob requirements .
Liaise with onshore asset planning team , company and client logistics to ensure optimisation of bedding and seat allocation.
Ensure all standby payments are captured when required.
Maintain Live Training matrix for project regular personnel and arrange necessary training where gaps are evident.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience within a project/operations administration role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills .
Good organisation skills.
Computer literate with Microsoft office - working knowledge of SAP is advantageous
