We are looking to recruit a part time transport administrator to help with the smooth running of our busy Livingston transport office. The successful candidate will be required to work 25 hours per week Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday that will be rota'd in.

Main Responsibilities:

- Ensure that the transport office deals with all vehicle movements and accurately records information.

- Ensure that all telephone enquiries and problems regarding transport are dealt with in accordance with standards set.

- Ensure that all documentation is correctly filed and up-to-date.

- Liaise with client services and customers regarding collection and delivery requests.

- Assist the Transport Manager in the effective running of the office.

- Undertake any cross-functional tasks in the yard department to ensure that operational requirements are met.

- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as necessary to meet the business needs and for your own personal development.

A flexible approach to working hours is required to meet the needs of the business, which are driven by the auctions.
