What will I be doing ?

As a Customer Services Advisor you'll make sure that our customers feel like our number one priority as you respond to a wide variety of questions and queries. Whether you're helping a customer to get more from their existing set-up or introducing additional products and services, you'll deliver exceptional service to each and every customer you speak with, either online or over the phone.

A robust team player with a flexible approach, you'll bring with you excellent communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering the best possible service. And since you'll often be managing multiple online conversations, you'll need to be confident on a keyboard, with a good attention to detail, and equally confident picking-up the phone and speaking directly with our customers.
