Building Society Customer Adviser Dundee GBP16,500 + benefits Your new company Your new company is a well known building society with branches up and down the country. They are known for providing a high quality of service and are looking to expand their close knit team in the Dundee branch. Your new role Your new role as a customer advisor will involve greeting customers in the branch and carrying out transactions such as deposits. You will look into customers needs and book in appointments with the review adviser for customers where necessary and will work towards overall branch objectives. What you'll need to succeed To succeed, you'll need a solid background in customer service, with the ability to operate in a calm and high quality service environment. You will have the ability to deal with customers in sensitive situations as well as providing a high level knowledge of the client's products. What you'll get in return In return, you'll receive a generous salary and benefits package. Please note you will work 24 Saturdays a year from 09:30 until 12pm, receiving time back during the week.
